To be most efficient, we suggest that our clients give us marked-up samples of project details, and pertinent manufacturers cuts and product information.
We spend a great deal of time training our drafts people to use CAD and BIM properly. We can re-draw the entire work the proper way in the same ten hours or less. This is another way Logical Cad Solutions saves our client resources.
In what format can the drawings be sent?
The files can be sent in any format; such as TIFF, JPEG, PDF, transfer using FTP or Cloud Services, etc. Paper drawings are preferred and can be ship to our office after speaking with one of our representatives. BIM or CAD drawings can also be emailed to us for 3D modeling and animations.
What drawing standards are followed?
We can follow and match any drawing standards you have created, your companies layering system or AIA layering system.
How do we communicate?
Communication can be done by email,text, phone or in person. Attachments can be sent per email for larger files / data we have and FTP account and AutoDesk 360 accounts.
In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?
The paper drawings can be scanned, however the most important part is the clarity of the information you are sending.
Can drawings be sent through fax?
We do not encourage drawings to be faxed as it may cause loss of quality and distortion of the information.
What kind of turnaround time can be expected?
The turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required.
Do you spell-check the drawings?
Yes, we spell check the drawings to maintain the quality.
